I have a consent to let with halifax this does not have a time limit. I have been overpaying and the property has increased in value over time. So roughly I have 100k equity
What I would like to do is take out as much money from the property as able does anyone have any experience or advice on this?
Many thanks

Simple really go see a mortgage broker and take out a BTL interest only mortgage at 75% and you might get 80% LTV.0
