Hi all,
We're due to complete on 1st September. The lender has sent my solicitor confirmation that the funds are scheduled for release on August 29th and everything has been processed. Do you think this mean that it's done and we're not one of those who gets a post-exchange/pre-completion audit? (or that we were and passed the final checks, of course)
My credit rating is excellent with all three agencies, but I'm still worried it could all go wrong!
Thanks,
Chris

Always a possibility. As audits will be conducted independently from the team handling the actual transfers.0

Cool. Thanks. I need to increase my CC credit card limit so will save that for after the funds have been received.0

Nationwide checked me 48 hours before completion. Obviously just before they released the funds.0
