London Has Peaked

You alright? Seem to be having an argument with yourself.
Still playing Rightmove bingo too. Something like that might've been in your budget this time last year.
There's only a couple of hundred 3 bed houses for £300k or less in the whole of London. What do you reckon that's dropped by in the last year?
hahaha
save it for your clients, wotsit
you're going to need it in this market!0 -

I'll benefit more from falling prices than you will. It's important however to distinguish hope from reality especially when that reality is staring you straight in the face.
You need prices to fall more than 20% (plus the rent) to put you in the same net position as when you started your home buying journey.0 -

Have you considered moving up North? I mean, buying a house seems to be top of your priorities, £350k would buy something relatively palatial when compared to the 2 bed hovels in London.

I think your gonna end up with a 1bed flat miles away from London at this rate anyway.... Seriously, all the while I'm a year closer to paying off my mortgage....0 -
It's bonus time, city boys get to know how much richer they are ...Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0

Yes you're getting really good at that Rightmove bingo. :rotfl:
A three bed in E7 up for £365k when the last sold on Ramsey Road was £287k (at the peak).
You've perfectly demonstrated that your budget now buys you a two bed rather than 3 bed. Like all good crashers though you're full of excuses and, of course, the crash is always on NOW!0
