A LivingSocial legal question? How dodgy are they?

Hi forumers,

I was wondering if anyone knew the answer to how LS work. I've read there have been some dodgy deals, and I really don't want to be caught out.
I've got a deal but feel there may be hiccups ahead...

So, I have purchased a deal for 72 razor blades via living social but what if I was only delivered 24, what is the legal side to gaining a refund?

Would Living Social be liable, or would the company supplying them be liable?

A debit card would be used, (not sure if you can do charge backs on debit cards?)

And.... what if this "company" was actually based in Australia?

Any thoughts on this situation?

Thanks.
