Mortgage - 3rd Application - Will this affect credit check?

Hello!
I'm about to make my 3rd mortgage application with the same lender. The first 2 sales fell through due to structural problems and one vendor pulled out.
We've found a new property and we've been told that we need to do the credit check again as it's been done a month ago. Therefore, this will be the 3rd check in 2 months.
Will this be okay/have an impact? Credit score is otherwise fine and we got right through to offer stage before. We're applying again with the same lender.
Any feedback appreciated!
