advice needed please

Hi all

Got a letter recently from a debt from 2005, I sent a Statute Barred template as read on here and they replied with 'you made a payment to the account of £1.00 in dec 2013.. They are correct although I did not know what it was for as it was originally to NDR and not arrow global Guernsey ltd etc..

Just wondering if I should reply still not acknowledging the debt to their company and asking for a copy of the original credit agreement etc.

Any advice would help, thanks

When was the last payment before December 2013?

Was there ever a period of 6years where you paid nothing towards this debt?

I traced the £1 payments back to dec 2006 to NDR

You mean you've been paying £1 a token payment each month for years? But you didn't realise the debt you had received a letter for was the same one?

    What was the debt originally?
You could send a prove it letter. Or if you know what the debt was for and it was something covered by the CCAct then you could send a CCA request.

    Hi Yes, thats correct Tixy

The debt was originally a little woods home shopping account.

I have printed out a CCA request to send ( do i still have to enclose a £1)?
