Can't log in

I can't find the right section to post this but my problem is logging in. When I try to log in with the username and password it says I have entered invalid info.
I click on forgot password,get new password and input these details and get the same message. This has now happened on 3 emails and usernames. I have emailed the site 3 times without response
Has anyone had the same problem or can I get direct help from admin/mod
