My brother-in-law used to be with Everest and, because I'm family, I was given a big discount on a new block paved driveway, which basically matched the price a local contractor gave me.
It was installed in August 2007 and I received a letter from them confirming the installation was complete and wanted to confirm I was satisfied with the job. I wasn't, so sent photographs and a covering letter identifying the issues.
They did come out from time to time - usually when I wasn't there - but the drive is now beginning to subside and 'drift' as it was laid on a slight slope, but they don't really give a toss, and I didn't really want to compromise my brother-in-law. The contractor (it wasn't an Everest installer) did 'hum' and 'ha' a lot, but didn't really do anything. He was actually quite agressive, too!
However, he's now been made redundant and, as the warranty expires on the 1st August 2017, I was wondering if I should now push Everest and insist they resolve the problems with it?
Thanks

so you didn't really get a big discount, you were just being overcharged in the first place !!which basically matched the price a local contractor gave me.

You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -

They say they're coming back. Let us know when it's done right.0 -
Everyone at Everestis self employed. I was a Rep and we were all self employed and the fitters work exactly the same as self employed contractors. But still if you've got a warranty get them back.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.
