Too many holidays give to me can my employer take them back

Yeah the 30 hour 5 day workers do 6 hour a day. I'm not sure what holidays they get I will ask tomorrow.

Indeed, but they don't HAVE to do it, regardless of how long a standard day is if the holiday entitlement is 20.2 days for example, they can if they wish make you work the 80% of the day rather than round up to 21.

They just can't round down.
