hi, ive been comping on & off for ages, my mum has always entered magazine competitions and had a few nice prizes through the years, but me being me started online,
ive only ever won one thing out of the hundreds ive entered which i won today
i was a runner up & won an ingraved razor handle & £10 money off their range of shaving products.
is loquax a good website to sign up to?
do you use your own phone number? im worried ill miss competitions if i dont use my real phone number, but then dont really want a hundred random sales calls at all hours?
good luck to everyone & hopefully i will have more wins in the future

hi & welcome

in answer to your question
''do you use your own phone number?''
yes, I have a mobile I use especially for comping & also use
my home phone number if it's needed on the entry form,
you can sign up to the TPS which will reduce a lot of calls you may get,

lots of compers I know use Loquax as well as MSE,
you just have to watch which comps are first posted on
either site to make sure you don't 'dupe' your entry.please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.

i *think* we signed up with tps when we first had phoneline put in, will have to check that, dont get many calls so far so i will start to use it.
i suppose im not too worried really thinking about it, its not that hard to say no thanks and put the phone down i guess.. just incase i may win that certain prize ive been waiting for lol0 -

hi, if/&/or I do inadvertently get any unwanted calls I generally
let them ramble for a few mins then say '' sorry, but,
i'm very busy, thanks but no thanks''
& put the phone down

I would say stick with money saving expert. I signed up to Loqux too when I started and found comps on other sites as well. I'm finding it more effective finding the comps on just one site (they all pretty much end up here eventually anyway). I've been comping a month now and won some nice things, it is very addictive!Wins of 20210 -

myself & lots of others from here use other comping sites,
not just for entering comps,
they are very useful for other information
re: winners lists/names/checking answers etc,
it's always nice to have comping buddies on other sites
who sometimes help us out on here & vice versa

If you're very careful with the tick boxes, you shouldn't really get any sales calls. I do hundreds of comps and maybe get a call every 3 months max. Maybe also one text a fortnight, if that.
Jx2024 wins: *must start comping again!*0
