Can I rescue this?

I roasted some pork a while back and stuck the leftovers in the freezer. The original roast was a quite dry, is there anything I can do with this to rescue it? My usual go-to idea makes me think the meat will be really tough/dry if I cook it further (sweet and sour pork is what I would normally do) and it's too dry for a sandwich.

Reheat in gravy? And have with mash/veggies?
Or cut up in a wet stir fry...

reheat slices or cubes of meat in gravy; chop meat finely and use for a shepherds/cottage pie or in spag bol; basically anything involving letting the meat reheat slowly in some sort of moisture. Google 'recipes for pre cooked pork' for lots more ideas

Shred it up with some barbeque sauce and serve it as pulled pork? If you put it in a roll with some coleslaw I'm sure you wouldn't notice if it was dry.
