Burden of proof in civil cases is "on the balance of probability" not "beyond reasonable doubt" which is for criminal cases. Means that is a judge thinks their version is even slightly more credible than yours then they can decide to believe them. Crappy, but that is why they call it a judge lottery in these cases.Still rolling rolling rolling......<

Ok, so maybe in my best interests to obtain my bank statements.
Only issue is is that I do not know who I was banking with at that time - does anyone know if there is a way of being able to find this information out?
