mortage advice and stress releif!

Ive had my mortage in principal from L&C and the guy im dealing with has been great.

Had an offer accepted for a house at £245k (£5k over asking). So now going through the formal application after my broker found a mortage with santander. Ive had to send my passport and bank statements to prove who i am as i couldnt be verified electronicly online.

Im really worried that something will go wrong with the whole thing.

Hoping that today we can at least get the application subbmitted to santander and then they will get back to us with a yes or a no.

I've been going through this. I now take the view that if it happens great, if it doesn't so be it.

For me it's refocused the thoughts over what is important to YOU. For me it's friends, family and being happy. The house on my list doesn't tick these boxes. I took this view after getting wound up constantly regarding mortgages and all the house stuff.
