Hello all,
Just a quick question if you lovely people can help me, as i said in the title i am currently going into administration and was wondering if i could put brighthouse on the form for list of debtors owed to??
Any advice would be welcome many thanks

When you refer to administration are you talking about a business that you own? Or are you referring to application for your bankruptcy or is it an adminstration order?I am a Debt Counsellor that works for the CCCS and have specific permission from Martin, to post on these boards to try and help those in debt. Sorry didnt explain more, i currently have debt personally, not a business with brighthouse and am getting an administration order and wondering if i could put their name down on the form

I am unfamiliar with Administration Orders, Nat, so I will leave it to someone who has experience of this.
My only suggestion would be to ask one of the Debt Counselling Charities, such as CAB, CCCS or National Debtline (there are links on the DFW toolbar) for advice.
