How to Enter
To enter, the entrant must sign in to Amazon.co.uk, vote (at either or both the initial voting stage and the knockout stages) for their favourite console and enter their email address within the Prize Draw Period to be automatically entered into the Prize Draw.
While entrants may submit a vote more than once within the Prize Draw Period, entrants will only be entered into the Prize Draw once. Proof of electronic submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

I suspect the "You have already submitted data for this form" message is an entry acknowledgement - take it as "You have just submitted data for this form" rather than "You have previously submitted data for this form"0

I think you are right One-Eye. It let me enter and then it went to a new page with the "You have already submitted data for this form". If I now go to try and enter again the entry page itself says "You have already submitted data for this form".UEFA: Corrupting Football Since 1954 #CTID0
