Research certainly abounds..
I am sensitive as have neuro endocrine disorders,. and yes, too many phytooestrogen rich meals DO appear to cause problems. The summer we ate crudite and houmous for almost every meal was not as healthy as it sounds for me, but, by being more sensible and adding more variety in, which is really what we kind of know we should do for balance any way, its possible to enjoy those.
I think the thing is you saying you don't have problems, me saying I do...neither is evidence.....the research is conflicting. And truthfully, we won't know you don't have problems tilL the end. Sadly, I do know I do have problems. It might well be the benefits, which research certainly leans to wards in some studies, out ways negatives.
However, that does not mean that that they do not have less beneficial impact in some circumstances, and that other research suggests some suggest benefits are overhyped.
Regardless of all that chickpeas are thoroughly delicious!0 -
Have you had the small Black ones from an Indian food grocer's (kala channa), they are the same as the ones they make gram flour from? Very buttery taste sometimes. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

There are several butternut pasty recipes on BBC good food, but I haven't tried any of them. This woman has some interesting variations on both fillings and dough for empanadas (very similar to a pasty) that might be adaptable.

Unless cooking your own chicken etc and slicing it, do check meat is not "reformed" or "formed from"
This is basically meat slurry / odds & sods mashed up made to look like real meat, so very much processedEight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens0
