Just want to be sure this is correct
Purchase a 3V pre paid gift card at morrisons using either the amex gold or capital one cashback to earn the 1p per £10 fuel discount plus the credit card rewards or cashback
Use the 3V card for everyday online purchases where visa is accepted and if in my case where I use paypal a lot load it into paypal
I cant see any purchase or transaction fee for the 3v card the only fee I can see is for cash advances (wont do this) and if there is a balance after 9 months (wont have this either) or if I want to transfer the balance to my bank account (not an issue)
So load £1000 on the card at morrisons get a fuel voucher for £1 per litre discount Cashback card earns you £10 and the fuel voucher based on a 60 litre tank earns you £60
Obviously you dont have the section 75 protection but if your cautious with what you purchase this way then that should not be an issue
Is there a catch have I got my sums correct?

In most cases, you can only use a single card for each transaction of max value of £25, including paypal, unless you wish to pay the penalty of merging cards. £1000 will be a lot of transactions - only worthwhile if you have something in mind that fits such a spending pattern.Mark Hughes' blue and white army0
