CA Help - going around and around in circles

Hi I am after some help. My story is long, please bear with me! I have two children, the eldest child decided to live with her father for around 2 years. I said to my ex what do you want to do about money and he said, you have one I have one, let’s call it quits, which I agreed. Behind my back he went to the CSA an put a claim in against me for the child living with him. I therefore put a claim in for the child living with me. His claim was maintenance direct, my claim wasn’t. The CSA enforced the amount of money owed to him but couldn’t enforce the money owed to me (my claim wasn’t maintenance direct). So basically I have paid him £1,200. I spoke to the CSA and asked how I get my money back and they said I would have to take him to court – which I did and the Judge ruled in my favour, ex pleaded poverty so I said he could pay me back in instalments. Ex didn’t pay, I send the bailiffs round, ex says the judgement is illegal as it should be dealt with by the CSA and the Lord Chancellor has agreed by all accounts – can anyone shed any light on this for me please, I seem to be going around and around in circles - thank you

this must be so hard for you because you really dont want to send in the bailiffs to take stuff away from your child do you ?
why dont you make a new claim for maintenance direct then ?0
