Payday loan - myloannow refund help

Looks like these con artists have been shut down - or at least, they have decided to stop scamming. Their website now states they're not accepting any new "customers" or "applications".
I too fell foul to them - entered details on Satsuma, got sent to my-loan now and then left without doing anything.
Complained to them when I noticed - too late, I was 1 day outside the 14 days. Then complained to Nationwide, who initially refunded my £67.88 but then found in favour of the scammers and re-debited it!0 -
I applied for or thought i was applying to get some idea of prices for pay loans....stupidly i didn't realise i was meant to untick a box, apparently. I was away at the time at my partners when i logged in to check my wage had gone in. To my wage had gone in but then £840 was taken out of my account by twelve different companies in what they called brokerage fees. I called the ombudsman who four months later managed to get me £400 back and i am still unable to get the rest and as a single parent travelling to somerset from bristol everyday for work money is very tight...Anyone any idea what else i can do to get the rest back please....as my bank wont do anything as they said this is legal0

Why didn't you complain direct to the brokers then contact for about it ?
Would have thought u would have got all of it back.
If you want a loan go to the high street banks or other businesses who have expanded into offering loans.0
