They were reduced to £5 in my local tesco. But to be honest I didn't think they were worth that they looked like toy buggy's. They only looked like they would last a 2 week holiday, the handle's are really low i'd have to stoop and i'm only 5'4". Personally I'd look on your freecycle perhaps your find a double umbrella type you got your last one there didn't you so hopefully your be able to get one on there.
Lol, glad I didn't manage to get one then!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

£10 buggies - just a note of warning if you mean the Mothercare ones. We bought one for Ds and it is truly rubbish. The handles are too low down for DH and TBH a bit low for me too giving bad back. The wheels don't swivel so maneuvering(sp?) is a nightmare so with two together would be TOTAL nightmare. And there is no place for shopping udnerneath and if you bung anything on handles and toddler wriggles out and gets off then bouncing baby would be the result. I might stick with buggyboard idea or at least make sure that the cheap buggies have decent features - we may just have been unlucky. I think Ash is a bit older than our son (he'll be 3 in Feb) and he would probably manage a buggyboard/walking combo although I would keep reins on him in case of any mad dashes (but then again he is a boy and is wont to do these things more than any of the little girls we know). Our buggy was easy to take on holiday but we did wish we had bought one a bit sturdier as we constantly thought it was going to give up and with a basket underneath and wheels that swivelled.0

well we've got the older version of this one which is pretty good.. swivel wheels decent height handles etc...

So another of those would do the trick.. but we'll see what happens.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
