Your proof is right here:
ipaffiliate.co.uk/webservice/form.php?aff_id=148&sid=cccf
This is the form that the affiliates use, it has terms and conditions that don't mention the charge. The affiliates move all the time, I had information that was current in May. No-one listened to me, and now it's gone. Probably recruited more affiliates, with different domains.
He lets affiliates use that form, probably even says that they should mention the charge for plausible deniability - but how many of them do? How many of them will?
I know the one I signed up through didn't.
This is hosted on the IP: 188.65.179.76
The old Credit Maze: 188.65.179.75
188.65.179.75 is also a secondary nameserver for ipaffiliate. It responds to DNS requests for anything ipaffiliate, but it's not recursive (doesn't respond to requests the server doesn't know about - like google.com)

You think so many people would be taken by this if they listed the charge?0
