Asos.com over charged me 😔

Has anyone else had any problems with asos? I ordered from them for the first ever time last week and they sent me the item I ordered which had a price tag on of £4 cheaper! When I contacted them about it they said they've checked the price online and that's what it was advertised as! But the price tag when I got it said £4 cheaper and apparently because I selected and paid for it they won't refund me the difference!
Is it just me or is this wrong?

You are wrong. It doesn't matter what the tag says, as long as you paid the price advertised on the website when you placed the order then you paid the correct price.
The tag is most likely the manufacturers recommended price, which may not be the same as ASOS's price.0
