Electrician in Belfast - any recommendations?

Would anyone here have any recommendations for a properly qualified electrician who could completely re-wire a terraced house in Belfast?

    Precisely what qualifications or registrations should he have?

    If an electrician claims to be properly qualified, how do I check that this is so?
