Best place to ask is a craft shop, they really know their customers, Hobbycraft at the fort is a good start, dunno any others.0 -

Sewing workshop in Wishaw do sewing classes,they are very good.
I did a course a while back and have been meaning to do another,I really enjoyed it:)0
