Week plans for this week.

Mon - HM Mushroom Soup with a Slice of Cheese Toasts
Tues - Cottage Pie
Weds - Tuna, Jacket Potatoes & Salad
Thurs - Garlic & Herb Philly - Mushroom & Bacon Pasta
Fri - HM Beef Burger in Brioche Rolls & Chips
Sat - Pork & Apricot Sausages, New Potatoes & Roasted Veg
Sun - Hairy Dieters Chicken Sweet n Sour & Rice

*Breakfast is cereal and lunches will be ham/beef/tuna sandwiches, Soup or Egg/Beans on toast.
*Will have a Sunday treat of bacon sandwiches for brunch on Sunday.

    Week 2 of the cupboard/freezer challenge and stocks are going down - this weeks offering

    Monday - Frittata with odds and ends
    Tuesday - Chilli con carne with rice and tortilla's
    Wednesday - Roast chicken with veggies and YP's
    Thursday - Chinese pork with noodles
    Friday - Chicken and spinach lasagne with salad
    Saturday - HM fish pie with peas
    Sunday - HM steak pie with mash and veg

    Breakfast is porridge/toast and lunches are leftovers/sandwiches

    Another week of using up stuff here. Meals in no particular order will be -
    Chicken and veg curry with rice x2 (freezer)
    Paella (freezer)
    Chicken salad wraps with sweetcorn and avocado
    Sausages with baked potatoes and beans
    BBQ ribs with veg fried rice (freezer)

    Breakfast / lunches will be pancakes, tuna sandwiches, toast, cottage cheese and rice crackers.

    I have everything in, so hoping for a no spend week :)

    I need to get back into this....

    A bit late but;

    Sunday -HM chow mein with home fried praw crackers
    Monday - fish fingers, cheesy mash and beans
    Tuesday - cottage pie (using lo mash and beans!) with carrots and peas
    Wed - spaghetti with bologenese sauce ( lo in freezer)
    Thurs - hm veggie curry with hm onion bhagees
    Friday - jacket potatoes with tuna mayo and corn on the cobs
    Saturday - ham, egg, chips and peas

    Lunches are spaghetti hoops on toast, sandwiches or leftovers
    And breakfast is toast or any of cereal we have in
    :)
    Fruit snacks and/or a biscuit
