Want to change mortgage after IVA

I currently have a mortgage on high interest which i am tied to till oct 2008, due to a previous IVA. I completed the IVA in November 2003. So... my credit status should return to normal in November 2008. Right?

But just sent away for my credit report and there are still loads of unresolved debts on it that have been settled/paid or not claimed. I got in touch with my Insolvency Practitioner but having no joy, she even refusing to take my calls now. Seems they havent done there job properly, and dont even know where to start rectifying my credit status.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated?
