RBS porting mortgage & new checks

Hi I'm just after a little advice/reassurance. We are looking to move and currently have a fixed rate mortgage with RBS that is portable. We have made an offer on a house and I have an AIP from RBS and also London and Country and a mortgage appointment this week. I am trying RBS first due to our early repayment charge but to be honest I'm terrified of the new procedures and that they will turn us down. I have checked our credit histories on Noddle (call credit) and all payments show as OK. But we have been at least £100 overdrawn just before payday (arranged overdraft) for the last few months. I'm terrified this will count against us. We have never had any problems with our mortgage payments and I'm hoping that being an existing customer will work in our favour. We owe approx 95k on the current mortgage and will be looking to borrow approx 132k on the new mortgage with a 10% deposit from equity. Also have a loan of approx 7k that will be cleared from equity. The ironic thing is the new mortgage payment would actually be less than we were paying when we borrowed 114k six years ago and they were happy to lend to us then.

Does anyone have any experience with RBS since the changes came in or have any ideas what are chances are? I'm terrified of going to this appointment on Wednesday so any help or advice would be gratefully received.
