Debt Problems

Hello my name is Josh. First off I suppose a context and then what my debts are would be appropriate, so here goes.

In December 2013 it was suspected I had epilepsy this meant my agency employer couldn't find any work for me this meant I went from earning £400 AT to less than a £100 AT. I foolishly in hindsight used my credit cards and overdraft to stay afloat. By February I was nearly £3000 in debt. It was then discovered I didn't have epilepsy and could work again.

From then onwards I cut my outgoings down to a minimum no cinema cards, holidays e.t.c. I had to keep my phone contract which I negotiated down to £25 from £37 as well as storage costs of £20pcm as well as the costs of servicing my debt e.t.c.

I then moved into my now ex-partners flat which in hindsight was a bad decision, for legal reasons I can't discuss too much on this area other than I'd to leave for my own safety. This made me homeless and then I was put on sick leave due to anxiety & stress. So as the situation stands I have outstanding debts/contracts and no money to service them. I'd like to know the best course of action, please?

RBS Overdraft -£200, (Current Account, +57.50ish a week)
RBS Credit Card -£146 (Disputed/Card Destroyed), (Not Paying)
Natwest Credit Card -£80 (Card Destroyed), (Paying £20pcm)
Bank of Scotland -£700 (Card Destroyed), (Minimum repayment, -£7pcm)
Three Mobile (-£25pcm)
Aabsolute Storage (-£21.50pcm)
Solicitors Fees owed for an Interdict (-£112)

It may also be relevant to mention I'm in Scotland.

Total Debt -£1126

    Hi,
Sorry to hear about your situation.
I`m assuming you have somewhere to live now yes ?

Your debts are fairly low, I doubt any real collection activity will take place with them, if you cant afford to service them, simply contact each one telling them this, best in writing, but you could phone.
Explain you will be in touch as and when your situation improves, that's it really, you cant pay what you don't have, consequently, they cant have what you haven't got.
Hopefully your work situation will improve shortly, but as the amounts here are quiet small, I would not worry about it unduly.
