Hope everyone's well. I'm hoping to get on here a bit more now that school's back.
I spent most of the morning sorting through my prezzie box and writing down who's getting which item then packing them neatly into a huge cardboard box. That's Xmas and the next 6 months birthday gifts sorted just need to find a few toys.

I can order one of them from toysrus (can't remember which though) but want to get them together and hopefully get a discount code to use

True, I've seen that mentioned on the OS board before, but I've never thought to try it as I usually have leftovers from the night before instead. Do they taste the same? Might be worth doing some experiments using my Morries' free sack of spuds0 -
I've been doing a bit of Christmas-related browsing and one of the lovely ladies on the Christmas thread posted this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Womdee-Fashion-Chinese-Chiffon-Accessory/dp/B00KG53970/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1409561840&sr=8-1&keywords=Womdee+Women+Fashion+Soft+Flower+Chinese+Style+Chiffon+Shawl+Scarf+With+Womdee+Accessory
The seller has loads of different colours/styles/fabrics, all for cheaps. I can't imagine they'd last all that long, but I thought it might help someone looking for a pretty stocking filler.0 -

can anyone help please? I had a look in T for the 3v cards but couldn't see them. I looked in the gift card section and there was just the usual ones for Next etc etc. It wasn't a very large T although the display was at the end of an aisle, was I looking in the right place?
TIA
Yup

Out of interest, how long were you microwaving your potato for? I usually do mine for about 8 mins each (turning over half way through) and they're laaahvely
I can understand the use for a quick-cook one though, I would take them to work if I only had a short lunch break for example, or if I was in a rush of an evening. The MSE in me would find it hard to justify the price compared to a normal garden spud though
I think it was about 10 minutes but to be fair, I haven't tried to do this in years. The last time I tried was on an old, low wattage microwave. I should have another go now I have a better microwave0 -
Screen just twitched, then reset, and lost post!:mad:
So I'll try to summarise:rotfl:.
Avs T and Avs S now sorted out (but check msm hasn't changed as due price changeovers soon). Is S/P Choc Mousse (for Avs T of course) on msm (can't check at the moment as having server problems on the site)?
Tvs S not yet sorted, and I doubt if I will get to it - main problem is getting the T mbuy and S 3 for '2' offer prices onto there - having to do through those and recheck to get them. So, at the moment, it has, for example, 3x and then T at total price of £3.00 rather than my usual £1.00x3 and S at £2.00 instead of any 3 for £2.00 (3 for '2'). It's a small thing - but I like correcting my small things!:rotfl:
Be careful if mixing and matching against different individual prices as the 3 for '2' means you get the 'cheapest item':(:( as the 'free' one (or really the one that, in S, you'd pay the cost of two others at full price in order to get and, in T, pay full cost on all items in order to get, hopefully, a piece of paper that counts the difference which commits you to spending again in T when you are then giving that amount to back to T:( in the form of the shop you redeem it on - they always get your full money even if it is in terms of providing you with more goods).
Anyway, I've waffled on and into things that weren't even in my OP that I lost:rotfl::rotfl:, so, thanks to the system for resetting.
None of these will work in A, due to there being different prices in the S offer(s).
Bye for now!:)0 -
