I have some good news myself. A director friend of mine who I've worked with on a few occasions has just been asked by a Canadian production company to do some work for them. They asked him if he had a producer in mind he'd like to work with and he recommended me

We're meeting up next week to talk about the series and what it would involve. Might mean a trip to Canada at some point (a girl can dream). I also had a call from my old company yesterday to check out my availability.
