The strain in my wife's family means he won't make it out his teens:(

I really feel for you as a family This boy was not expected to make it either but the mother chose to have spinal surgery (I think) and it worked for him

Shared a bit too much info this morning:eek::eek:
Thanks and now stop being nice:rotfl:

i know you said we were not to be nice and others have told you how we feel so much better than me but i just wanted to give you a quote from a 15 year old terminally ill girl rescued from very cruel parents and in the same foster home as my grandchildren she would not have sympathy for her horrible life but was grateful for every happy day she had now..

"better a day in paradise than a life time in hell "

thought it was quite apt xxxxx

    question re: sweet sundays/cineworld

To anyone who has used these already....I know they email you a code but can it only be used online or can you print and take them into the cinema?

If using them online can you use multiple codes at once? I've tried using 2 giftcards in the past and system said no. My cinema seems to have gone with designated seating for all performances so if I had to do it all online across several different transactions I might not get seats together IYSWIM

    Any help appreciated

ETA: I've answered the first question for myself "Please note, if you select a Cineworld cinema you will receive an e-code via email, for redemption at a Cineworld box office or via the Cineworld website." but still not sure about how many can be used online at once
Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen

I am going to have a 'grocery' purse and put £100 in to purchase food for the month… I wonder how far into the month I will get!

Would love to try but know I spent a bit too much even on here

Could probably get away with milk and a few veg for the next month and use up some stock but it would not be fun.The morries offers scuppered my sada shops as I put money on a card every month and save 5% through work

How many are you planning to feed over the month?

Very good idea I started the month adding up how much I had spent on food but I forgot the odd shop, 1st of September I will do this.
Does this include your glitchy shops do you think?
We're just happy to have a home, a family and our health. Whatever else is just added and it fits. :)

    Good morning :)

Lovely sunny day again :j we have been very lucky the last few days. It has kindly rained through the night and kept dry and sunny during the day.
I must go shopping today. We've run out of yogurts  DS2 is getting a bit wound up about it :o
Ive spent the whole morning catching up on all the laundry that DS1 and DD brought home after their trips away. DD has worn a ridiculous amount of clothes with no one to reign her in  Also found out last night that as well as the £200 spending money I gave her, her dad gave her £100....The sneaky madam didn't tell either of us that the other had given her money and she spent the lot :eek: Came home with all sorts of stuff she didn't need. Questionable shoes, far too much make up, god knows how many bags...........etc

Wombles are good at the moment (:eek:I'd better not say that) - a lot of fruit and veg. same price at Morries and thus adding to the 10%. However, not the one where I had a 10p return from a 4 pint milk and load of non-comparable vs Waities:rotfl:

I wish people wouldn't go "Ooooo, Twix Mix, 50p!:D" and put it with the rest of their shopping though:(.

We are having a treat!:D We had James Coomarasamy for the first time on daytime BBC News Channel last week, and now Annita McVeigh:D making a debut on BBC ONE news yesterday. Could it now be Julian Worricker:D:D on BBC ONE next? He's currently on the BBC News channel! I haven't seen him before on BBC ONE, other than the late night news during the recent local election programme. Watch them bring Nicholas Owen in to cover the 10 minutes and ruin it all:(:(:rotfl:. I actually like Nicholas Owen - he's got a lot of genuine human expression about him, but want it to be a rare appearance by Julian Worricker! Remote control playing up at the moment, and not letting me switch to BBC ONE to hear the intro. though:rotfl::mad::mad::(:rotfl::eek:.:D:rotfl:

EDIT: YES!!:j:j:D Julian Worricker!:):) Hello, Julian!
