I have to admit I also have a freezer full, but I think it will be a challenge.
I have got an old purse out and am going to put £100 in it and not use any cards etc.
My big issue is do I classify APG's as money.. or coupons!100 -
Just sent this to my sister who suffers from depression
I WISH YOU ENOUGH.
Recently, I overheard a mother and daughter in their last moments together at the airport as the daughter's departure had been announced. Standing near the security gate, they hugged and the mother said:
"I love you and I wish you enough."
The daughter replied, "Mom, our life together has been more than enough. Your love is all I ever needed. I wish you enough, too, Mom." They kissed and the daughter left.
The mother walked over to the window where I sat. Standing there, I could see she wanted and needed to cry.
I tried not to intrude on her privacy but she welcomed me in by asking, "Did you ever say good-bye to someone knowing it would be forever?" "Yes, I have," I replied. "Forgive me for asking but why is this a forever good-bye?"
"I am old and she lives so far away. I have challenges ahead and the reality is the next trip back will be for my funeral," she said.
When you were saying good-bye, I heard you say, "I wish you enough." May I ask what that means?"
She began to smile. "That's a wish that has been handed down from other generations. My parents used to say it to everyone." She paused a moment and looked up as if trying to remember it in detail and she smiled even more.
"When we said 'I wish you enough' we were wanting the other person to have a life filled with just enough good things to sustain them". Then turning toward me, she shared the following, reciting it from memory,
"I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.
I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more.
I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.
I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.
I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.
I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.
I wish you enough hellos to get you through the final good-bye."
She then began to cry and walked away.
They say it takes a minute to find a special person. An hour to appreciate them. A day to love them. And an entire life to forget them.

The petrol cost would be around £12, so if I can use £25 in APGs, its free motorcycling with a profit. She who must be obeyed has run out of hair colour (from the big 32p glitch), so I think its a goer for tomorrow.
Can you carry a lot of hair dye on the back of you bike?:D:D:D:D

Sweet Pickled Plums
"The vinegar definitely brings a 'pickle' to the party, but the sweetness of the sugar and warm spices balance out the flavours. You can nibble on these as they are, use them as a topping for ice cream, or serve them with a roast."
Makes about 3 pints
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
2 whole cloves
2 lbs plums, halved and pitted
Combine the vinegar, water, sugar and spices in a nonreactive saucepan, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pack the plums snugly, without bruising them, into one or more heatproof containers. Scoop the spices out of the syrup and then lade it over the packed fruit, being sure to completely submerge the fruit in the syrup, Swirl the containers to remove air bubbles. Allow to cool, and put on the lids. Refrigerate - keeps for up to one month.
- recipe from 'Put Em Up! Fruit'; measurements are U.S. ones, but you can convert, and/or increase or decrease the quantities as long as the ingredients ratios are the same; I bet it would be nice with some ginger as well as the other spices; you can also pickle peaches in the kind of syrup, according to the book, and it would probably work with other similar-sized fruits, e.g pears'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.'

I think I will classify them as neutral..
ie. if I use an £8.00 APG on a £10.00 shop and get an APG back of £7.50.. I will classify it as a £2.50 shop!100 -

Running out of hair colour is an emergency akin to running our of milk or bread
But have a look at the Superdrug website - set it to price ascending. Lots of Superdrug own brand hair colour is half price starting at £2.64 - you need to spend £10 to get free delivery but if you get essentials and things on offer its very easy to get to £10 - also collect suoerdrug beauty card points.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0
