Ok I know this is off topic but a serious question now
When you go to hang the washing out - line or whirly gig - is it a job you do on your ownson or do you take your partner with you, a sort of group or communal activity?
( that is your OH or your beloved - not the cat or dog that follows you all day anyway or your offspring that you dare not let out of your sight incase they get up to something)
I try and do it on my own but DS does like to help which makes a 5 minute job into a half hour one :rotfl:
When OH is here I generally do it on my own rather than a deux - if I asked him to help he would probably think I was being a bit weird.
When you say communal activity - is one person doing the hanging and the other pegging? Or is the other party passing the pegs - a laundry assistant as it were with a clearly defined hierarchy?
I am intrigued0 -

Does anyone know when the front pages of the papers usually start appearing online? I thought it was about this time, but I can't see anything as yet. Tia x...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Apparently only running in East Anglia at the moment but could be rolled out nationally by Christmas...certain products when purchased instore give loyalty points...when so many points are collected a £5 Morries voucher is given...
Could be interesting:)
Not heard of it before but for some reason I seem to be spending more and more time in morries................... I could defo be interested in thisSavvybuyer wrote: »No they do have some of that in my store, so it's not just East Anglia (oops, ruled out East Anglia now as a place I live:rotfl::rotfl:). My definition of East Anglia excludes Cambridgeshire here btw! Not that I'm in Cambs - I may be or I may not be:D.
They do have the odd item here and there marked on the shelf as collecting these points. Never interested me though. I feel (whether rightly or wrongly) the number of points needed before you get a fiver is probably way high and, in any event, would involve spending far more than that in order to get the 'discount'. If anyone does think it is any good, for a reason, do let us know:).
Oi savvy, stop teasing. Are you in my neck of the words then????:rotfl:
I'm genuinely sat here thinking what the frick I'm going to do.
Do I go for the Chicken glitch @ A (yet to partake)?
I've got a poop load of GR vouchers and M&S gift cards that I need to work on; should I hold off for that?
Is Morries/The Sun offer on tomorrow? If so, f&v or bakery and do I go for that?
Or should I stuff it and go for the lot...
Erm I would defo go for (C) stuff it, go for the lot!Life is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0 -
