Yes I've got a receipt so yes technically T are on dodgy legal grounds.

No its not a store I visit that much, its small and stock levels are poor and the staff are mixed (mainly visit when I have conditional spends, mailing MOCs and points and till spits - not had these for over a month now)
Not a store for finding DTD items either - I've only managed this once ever :)
So yes its far easier to go to our Asda which is bigger to do a Asda v !!!!!! shop - more fun in asda and worth looking 15 or 20 CC points.

I tend to just wander through to check what is in the reduced fridges mainly

However you look at it, they are on very dodgy ground - not just 'technically! Seriously think about taking this a lot further, they shouldn't be allowed to get away with browbeating customers and 'technically' stealing your goods !

Night night tweets and BB lovers;)( an of course the elite) am off to get comfy and cosy on what is a very autumnal feel evening as it looks like it could be a long night judging by the TV programme times.

:D at the end of the day it's just stuff but it's more the principle of the thing I suppose.

I've always regarded the attitude of Ts as 'well hey if you can find the 1p items, you're welcome to them' but this isn't really reflected in some stores' customer services. I tend to mix in 1p items with actual shopping now as that seems to calm the trouts and it looks like less of a 1p item mission :rotfl:

I seem to remember some discussion in the press re 1p items a couple of years ago - tesco were quoted in the papers as saying that 1p items were to be sold just like anything else . They knew 1p items were on the shelves and were happy to sell them at that price.

    Good afternoon all...

I have nothing to add to the conversations...but I didnt want to lurk..

I was forced this morning to use a S local do do a bit of shopping in,and all the way round I was tutting to myself that the prices were high...its really not difficult to spend £12 in those so called convenience places!....

Tomorrow I need to go to A and was wondering if anyone has tried the carver ham recently?

Probably already answered but it was working over the weekend :)
