Are you and the inlaws actually wanting to share the property in some way, or can you carve it up between you? Because the latter seems like a cleaner way of dealing with it, and then you can each have your own mortgage. I suspect each of your businesses will need their own mortgage, but you'd be best to seek professional advice.0
