Q1. does Karacher extention ploe fit this product?
No it does not. I can see no way that this is compatible.
(This isn't the only answer that says this, and admittedly there were a couple to the contrary, but as the responder goes onto say)
I really don't know what item the earlier answers are referring to, but it cannot be the pole and vac that I now have.

Q2. i bought one of these last month of yourselves, it wont charge up properly, any ideas why ?

These are NOT anything like Karcher

Stock expected within 14 days. Yes it'll be a refurb, but the reviews of most buyers from this site are genuinely good.
(Often it may be just an open boxed item)
Items supplied with a full 6 month Karcher manufacturer's warranty (which can be upgraded to 12 months for an additional £3.99 if desired)

I didnt spend half a hour reading the comments on Amazon but it had 4 stars out of 5 and is half the price.
Can you find a Karcher cheap? Nope? didnt think so.
