Hello
Our buyers mortgage product expires 31st Aug but further up the chain said they can't/won't move until the 5th Aug.
We can move anytime. I have stressed to the solicitor that the move has to happen before the 31st but so far up the chain is refusing to budge.
Any advice on anything else I can do?
Thank You

Ask your lender for a weeks extension.

Which is a Sunday.
Shouldn't be a problem to extend until Friday September 5th.0 -
They used Leek BS, who took forever to approve the mortgage in the first place.
I think our buyers are keen to be in asap, so maybe this is why they are pushing the issue.
Thanks all.0 -

That's fair enough. They need to understand that property chains need everybody to be in agreement to complete.0 -
