How are people finding the valuations at present as I'm hearing growing things re lenders down valuing properties against estate agent / sale prices?

Part of me would like a down valuation of the property we are buying, I know this would likely break the chain, but equally would put the ball in the sellers court.
As much as I love the potential house, I'd just as easily walk away from it. Prob why my estate agent hates me.0
