Price of Salmon

I am working out what to buy with my £5 off £10 Morrisons spend. Last time they had an offer on the fish counter for Salmon at £9.99 per Kg so I bought £10 worth, now it has gone up to £12.99. What I am trying to work out is periodically the various supermarkets will have offers on sides of Salmon, what sort of price do they go to usually is it about half price and therefore about £6 mark per Kg. I have a terrible memory for these sort of things, TIA.

Just as a (hopefully) handy tip for planning ahead - it requires freeing up deep freeze space ahead of time.
In January I buy 6 sides of salmon, 2 geese, and 3 or 4 ducks.
If I time it right it costs me around £50 and gives me very indulgent meals once a month or so.0
