Possible scam by Binaryoptions website?

I'm not sure if this is the right post to be putting this in sorry.

This is a very long story so i will to my best to keep it as short as i can

I joined a website called Globaltrader365 a binary options website as i had success on others and deposited £250, they were always calling me trying to get me to deposit more but i did not.
I got my balance upto £950 so i decided now was the time to withdraw, so i requested a withdrawal but it got declined, so i emailled them asking what the problem was....no reply, so i emailed them again and again till they finally replied saying i had to fill out some form before i could withdraw my money so i did.
Emailed this back to them and requested withdrawal, declined so this time i tried calling them but it asks for your partys extension? No idea what that is so i could not do much there i've emailed them about 8 times now even threatening legal action, no reply.
BUT they are now taking £50 out of my current balance on there website as a inactivity fee? i am really not sure what to do now

Report it to the FCA (if they don't already know about it) and chalk it up to experience. Probably not what you want to hear but I'm afraid your money is long gone.
