Going to apply for an HSBC personal Loan - couple of questions.

Hi, The loan is at the maximum LTV we could get with HSBC in the state that we bought it in. We're making some material changes to the property so intend to have it revalued when current deal runs out and possibly pay off this loan with it - depends on how we feel the payments are going on the loan and if we want to shift it to paying longer over the mortgage term.

Hi All,

Just to update that I went through the online application and was accepted for the £15k at the 3.9%. Amazed at the speed it was done with money in my HSBC account literally as I pressed refresh.
