Remortgage deal

Options
Hi, my current 5 year fix with co-op finishes around sep 25. Current balance outstanding is about 76000 on initial 120,000 house I bought. If I drop another £7k on mortgage co-op will offer me a deal about 3.39 on 5 year fix.(LTV will be under 60%) with a product fee about £999.

Looking around legal and general have a deal which is 5 year fixed for a rate of 3.49. That's without me putting down 7k. Also there are no fees.( the LTV is 75).

It's the first time I'm remortgaging, so would like some recommendations plz. A little confused. If I do choose legal and general I might go on svr with co-op which is 4.74 till I switch over.thanks

    hi craig
look at all the costs involved including fee from coop for moving away if you do change lenders
any broker will be able to do you a comparison to see which is the best option for you taking all costs into account
