Just a heads up for a free meditation event in Holborn on Saturday 24th August which is delivered by a Meditation Master and prolific writer having written many books and articles on the subject. I attended the last event they did a couple of weeks ago and it was really good and if I wasn't away I would attend this one too.
Program includes:
- How to awaken dormant potential within
- How to access your higher self
- How meditation can affect your DNA
- Relationship with dark matter and existence
- Practice of a meditation technique
