Using vouchers at Tesco

Options
Does anyone else have issues using vouchers at Tesco? I've been to two separate Tescos today with two separate vouchers - Leerdammer and Seabrook, and had issues with both.

The first Tesco I went to told me that the Leerdammer voucher was BOGOF because it says 'coupon only valid against purchase of product detailed.' When I pointed out if it was BOGOF it would say that on the voucher, the cashier just kept repeating himself until I took the voucher back and went to the Co-op round the corner and purchased it with no issue.

The second Tesco said the Seabrook voucher was showing as 'incorrect tender' (or something regarding tender) and thought that because they were on sale I couldn't get them. Thankfully this time the manager said he'd put it through manually later.

It was just hilarious that the only place I had issues with vouchers was Tesco, and I am reminded that whenever there is an issue with a voucher from BzzAgent or alike it is always in Tesco.

My local Tesco (Guildford) have told me that it is their policy not to accept vouchers :(

My local Tesco accept vouchers - infact last night I did some shopping and bought the items that would have been free with two vouchers and then promptly forgot to hand them in! I remembered when I got back to the car and went back in. They accepted them still.
