Your SoA states that you have £900 a month left after all spending - are you saving this amount every month? If not, then you need to work out where it is going before assuming your SoA is accurate, and also need to take into account what level of saving you'd need in order to build up your savings again.

150 a month goes into an ISA. (the £6450)

and for the last 3 months we have saved £500 pound a month (hence the £1500 cash)

the remaining £250 is on what i've got down as ad-hoc spending (crap i shouldn't buy essentially)
