My new "weeks" resolution....

As it's the middle of year it's too far away to start making new years resolutions so I thought I would start a new one each week!
This week's is to be less wasteful! So far I'm doing really well. Week before last was to use my long forgotten breadmaker and I've not bought any bread since! (saved lots of money!)
In a bid to be less wasteful, all the crusts I've been cutting off dd's sandwiches I've been whizzing up to make breadcrumbs and I've frozen bags of croutons!
Rather than wasting the food I've already got I checked cupboards etc and my shopping has just come to £26!!! Normally I spend over £40! Got lots of veggies etc to make soup etc!
I'm feeling so virtuous now!:rotfl:
