Halifax or Broker?

Hi there
We have an AIP with Halifax but they seem to take forever with their process - over a week now and have to wait until Sat for the Mortgage Advisor to call back with a recommendation - Then after that we have to send docs away which can take even longer....
We have had an offer accept on a property and im anxious to get things moving quicker (me and the rest of the world it may seem!)
Would I be quicker going to a broker?
Help much appreciapted!

It sounds like it.

sounds like you are doing your application over the phone. Do the entire thing in branch with them if you dont end up going with a broker!0
