Are there brokers out there who think that once a bankruptcy has disappeared from a credit file, they can fail to disclose it because it can't be found anywhere?

Best plan is to find a lender which will accept a historic bankruptcy, disclose it, then when the solicitor does the search, it won't be a nasty surprise for the lender when the solicitor discloses the search result.I am a mortgage broker.
