It's from 1994. First he heard about it was 2007.
The signature on the agreement is nothing like the one he sent them. However, I've just looked at it and it's nothing like his writing anyway. The letters are more loopy and joined up than my Dad writes
He's sent a statute barred letter off recorded delivery today
And MrsTine.. I warned him against sending a copy of the passport at the time, but he wouldn't listen to me:rolleyes:
