The Promotion is operated by Auto Trader Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 03909628, whose registered office is at Auto Trader House, Cutbush Industrial Estate, Danehill, Reading, RG6 4UT, hereinafter called “the Promoter.”
The Promotion runs from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on 15th August 2014.
Internet access and a valid Twitter account are required. A smart phone is required if entering via mobile phone into this Promotion.
Purchase is not necessary. One entry per person.
All entrants must have a full valid UK driving license issued by the DVLA to enter the prize draw. The Winner will be required to provide Auto Trader with an image or scan of their full valid driving licence. Provisional driving licences will not be accepted. Failure to provide a copy of a full valid driving licence may result in disqualification in this promotion.
All entries must be made personally by the entrant.
No bulk, third party or automated entries permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process. Entries will be disqualified if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Promotion. Proof of identity may be requested by the Promoter.
How to Enter
To enter the draw: Log onto your twitter account (or create one for free) and follow @Autotrader_UK. Then tweet EITHER #Red OR #Blue. Entries will be rejected if they don’t feature the exact wordings featured above or include hashtags. At the end of the promotion the total number of tweets featuring each hashtag will be counted and all those who sent a tweet using the hashtag which was used the most times over the course of the promotion will be entered into the prize draw.
Entrants are required to continue following @AutoTrader_UK until the winner has been contacted. Unfollowing @AutoTrader_UK will prevent the Promoter from being able to contact you should you be selected as a winner.
The Prize: 1 x virtually new either Red or Blue Toyota GT86
During the course of the promotion a brand new white Toyota GT86 will be placed on a stage at Spinningfields, 3 Hardman Street, M3 3HF, Manchester and will be re-sprayed by two re-spray technicians: one will be using a Red paint and the other will be using Blue paint. Each technician can only spray for one second for each tweet that is marked with the hashtag corresponding to their colour. One winner will win this car which will be professionally re-sprayed to a single colour either Red or Blue before being handed over to the winner.

So do you only win the car if you tweet the colour which was tweeted the most, i.e. if you tweet red, but there are more tweets for blue the car get painted blue and only those that tweeted blue go into the draw to win the car?
If this is the case is it worth MSE'rs choosing a set colour to tweet?Posting is a privilege, not a right. This is a privately-owned site. Posting is a privilege, not a right. Well it's in Manchester so it's a Man City v Man Utd colour competition really so we must go Blue because red is evil.

"One twitter user who supported the winning colour will be randomly chosen to win the vehicle. The vehicle will then be professionally coloured entirely in either ‘sky’ blue or ‘devil’ red before being delivered to the lucky winner."
If they're using the shirt colours to paint the GT86, Sky Blue is going to look pretty awful as a car colour so I'd vote for the colour that will look better on the car rather than on your like or dislike for a particular team.

There's a danger it could be the following shade of blue
